Dli kaau ko swito ani so i need this explained in layman's terms..

1. if intermittent akong connection, will connecting to VPN fix this?

2. if my internet disconnects, it also disconnects my connection to VPN right?

3. how do you use vpn? is this a program i download and use? i have an idea that i need to subscribe to this (that's all i know)

answer number 2 yes kay ang purpose sa vpn is to hide your own Ip and broadcasts different ip via tunneling

VPN - stands for Virtual Private Network, meaning by this software you can connect to another LAN passing thru your internet provider by the use of ip tunnel where data/packets pass here going to another LAN with VPN server. And when you're already connected it seems like that you're part of their network

haha salamat sa ni tubag ug explain. abi nko ma fix ang intermittent connection nko if mag VPN ko. akong pasabot ana is akong internet mag putol2x usahay. so i thought, pde ra mag VPN pra dli nko mag sige ka DC. dependent diay ghpon sya sa akong internet connection mismo.

followup question lang...
if for example mo subscribe ko ug LTE connection na 1gig ang limit sa data usage then mo connect ko ug VPN using my LTE connection, ma bypass nko ang 1 gig data usage or not? will it even it up my data limit?

Hmmmn kanang lte wala pa ko idea pero right now im using my free internet using sun 3g or via vpn globe lols hrhehe

if intermittent imo connection due to signal loss / fluctuations sa telco, aw mo fluctuate pud na imo vpn, but if constant ang signal sa globe or smart sa imo area then mag vpn ka, mag depende ang speed sa imo internet sa vpn server imo g konekan (depende sa maker sa vpn pag acquire nya sa premium server)..

say for ex. 1. connect ka legit connection smart 3g/4g = speedtest is around 1-2 mbps lng imo download speed, but for sure imo latency ana is gamay (around 15-30ms ping) which is good sa online gaming, etc..

2. now again connect ka legit connection smart 3g/4g + VPN = mo throttle na imo download speed to 4-7 or even 8 mbps depende sa imo premium server nga g konekan, as i mentioned above..

Legit connection advantage : low ping [15-30ms] | disadvantage: hinay imo download speed (due to congestion sa imo area) swerte ka ug dli pa congested imo area..

VPN connected advantage: LOW cost + Higher download speeds (still depends on premium server you are connecting) | disavantage: Higher ping / latency [almost 200 - 400ms]

example pic, this one using vpn, i get 7mbps while connecting thru VPN, but much higher ping


direct connection smart 3g/4g, i only get 2mbps, but lower ping
