As what I heard in the news this bill will grant Amnesty to political offenders, destablization plotters..
So naa possibility nga sila marcos, erap, trillanes and other political offenders "amnesty"

its just like the coup plotters where then president ramos just told them: give me 200 push ups as your punishment. Wow, its just a sign of hopelessness and anarchy, that our government is helpless to maintain order, therefore resorting to amnesty instead. It has never worked, and never will.
