    Default WHERE TO BUY AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FOR PAJERO SURPLUS 4m40 engine


    Please help guys murag dli na jud ni madala og change ATF

    2nd Gear lng jud cya kutob. dli na mo shift

    surplusan naa na daghan, dili na problema ang 4m40..

    ang problema kung naa bay baligya, kung naa man galing, ang presyo makabungol....
    subay lang sa mga surplusan...

    daghan possibility ngano dili ka mo shift into higher gears, not only the atf & a/t.
    try also to check your atf filter & a/t sensors.

    my personal experience sa amoa fieldmaster 4m40t, ang rpm naa na sa 3-4k but speed is only 80kph.
    ang mekaniko ni diagnose nga guba ang a/t, after atf change still doesn't help.
    out of curiosity, gilili nako ang a/t and found wires nga nanga putol kay nasabod sa propeller shaft.
    so gisumapay rapod nakog balik, then ni balik na sa normal ang shifting.
    that was the cause of overdrive solenoid wires cut.


    check if nigana or ok ba tanan wirings, switch contacts & solenoid sa a/t particularly sa overdrive circuit & inhibitor switch:

    di ba lisod na ug parts ang 4m40? naglisod sad ko ug pangita ug tranny sa 4d56 kay if naa man gani dili jud completly compatible..

    wala ko kasuway sa 4d56, pero sa 4m40 dili man ka mag lisod pangita sa parts, sa presyo ra....hehehe
    last april nag change ko sa engine head assy kay ni crack @ 120k++km odometer, surplus unit costs 40k ang head rana, so nipalit nalang og bnew head, around 25k ra sa aljhun trading, unya bnew valves + seals less than 2k set sa kapitan. total cost about 33k dala na sa labor, head gasket, oil & filter etc.

    on transmission parts, same ra cguro, wala paman pod ko prob sa shifting for a year (unit is a/t daily driven), after checking inhibitor & o/d solenoid wirings, bisan pa spirited pirme ang dinad-an.

    boss unsa imo pajero? kadto ning 3 door type?

    5 door sir, fieldmaster ang body (gen2.5) kato ang fuel pump kay ecu controlled
