MSI Mother board no boot code 99 at lower right HELP

Mga sir,

Mangayo unta ko tabang akong pc dili na mu boot it gets stuck at a black screen with "99" text written at the lower side. Nag on paman siya the time before ko natulog pag mata nako pawng na siya then ako gi on balik mao na daun to.

Ako na gi try ang following:

Remove all external pereferals
remove hard disks and optical disks
remove and replace the rams (same rams no other replacement parts)
removed the video card only built in used
removed cmos battery and pressed power button 10-15 seconds
removed and replaced every mother board connection

Specs:
Mother board MSI B75MA-P45
CPU INTEL I5 33300
RAM 2sticks crucial balistix 4gb ram 1600mhz
1 seagate sshd 1 terabyte drive
1 wd blue 1 terbyte drive
1 toshiba 150gb laptop drive
antec vp450
video card palit nvidia gtx 650 1gb

Please help lang i need the system to be up and running again kay naa mi buhaton impt pud salamat sa mga tabang daan

Thanks sa reply sir lloyd, i did check the net man then mao sad ako nabasa dead board, but naa pud ko nabsahan na naa lang perepheral na wala na tarong or unsa. then naka basa pud ko atong i reset ang cmos thingy. namasin rako basin naay naka sulay ani... worst case scenario if dead jud ang board, less than 1 year paman gud would it be pwde ra nako mapa warranty sa gipalitan na shop? error code 99 is same diay pud sa other brands? but given na same kay sa kato imo link gi hatag mao pud tubag sa kato msi na brand na ako nabasahan pud na thread.

Karon pa sad ko ana da. Pa warranty lang jud na sa shop imo gi palitan bro. Mas maayo dalhon nimo imo cpu para ma check nila and sila na mo ibot.

have you tried pa warranty sa mother board bro? usually how long would it take...?
