Just attended my Nephews Birthday and the Balloon Decorations turned out to be a DISASTER!(as in literally) Maygani naa mi lain gi design. Mas maayo pa mi mo design. We trusted CEBU ARTY PARTY BALLOONS ng FULLY PAID pgyud mi. I'll post all the pics here. So buyers, please be aware nga naay mga MANGINGILAD nga Balloon Decorator.

Naghatag pa sya'g picture namo that mao daw to for the price of P2,400 This is the pic she sent me. The Package includes Cake Arch nga wala namo n receive and the 4 ft. nga Letter Standee na perteng batia gyud.

Oh, by the way mao ni ilang Letter Standee nga perteng batia ang sabot 4 ft. hala kay 2 ft. ra tawn na. Don't you have a tape measure perhaps? Unya ang Luyo Styro nga mag sige kahulog? Letter Standee ni?




Late kaayo siya naabot, and I went out kay ng prepare. Everyone was really busy kay ng prepare and all, na shock nako pagbalik nako nawala na siya and mao ni nahitabo. I tried calling her using my phone and even my friend's phone but she never answered my call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Sorry, I need to post this for the people to BE AWARE OF THIS. Pra di magpataka ug pili ug Balloon Decorations nga wa gyuy ayo, as in seriously. Kung d nila kaya mag ARCH mas maypa n back out sila and have the money paid back in full. Nindot kaaug design sa Facebook, which I doubt if ila bato basin g grab rsad.

looking at the photos murag way made below standard ra gyud , i know mahal ang balloons sa cebu but the way it was made murag gidali dali man or gisurambaw , had my niece party yesterday in dubai and i got out of my way to made these decorations for her. i charged this for free but sa ubang client nako i charge these decorations for 750 AED ( 9,000 Pesos) . im thinking maghimo na lang kog branch sa partyandeventz sa cebu puhon to cater to our fellow cebuanos ako lang is even the budget is just right if the decorator really wants to go out of his way to satisfy the client they could have made it right .

looking at the 2nd pic , gikuha raman to sa net na picture , i very much doubt kong mao to sila ang nihimo ato , di man to actual pic na naa gyud ang deco artist , next time kong mokuha mog decorator kay icheck sa gyud ninyo ila actual nga agi para di mo magmahay

Yes, naa mi design for centerpiece and other Balloons pra mapuno ang place ug balloons pero gamay ra. So, we trusted them nga maghimo ug arch and mas munindot among Party.

Same thing happen sa amoa, if ever naa mi events like fiesta or any celebration mag kuha jud mi ug mga cooks bisag both our parents are certified cooks or commonly known as manglotuay. Mo hire mi ug someone na mo himo sa cakes pero i supervised lang sa ako sister which is mao na iyang specialty. Mao kasabot jud ko ni TS na nagkuha sila ug someone to decorate the place para naa sila laing butang maatiman.
