Q: can you give us some background of this solution and gizmo?
A: having suffered horrible & expensive internet providers all these years and endlessly waiting and hoping for fiber to reach my location without any success. despite having close friends working at my previous isp (including the area manager) i would end up getting visits from their tech week after week because of unreliable connection. eventually i decided to do some research and experiments (R&D), and this cost effective reliable and faster solution is the result. I first showed it to my brother who was very skeptical at first but quickly sang a different tune after just 5 mins trying it out in his home computer. in fact i had to leave my prototype with him that night as he was begging to finishing downloading his favorite toons at 10x the speed of his expensive cable internet. now i had to make it simple enough for my mom to use. after succeeding in that, i started offering it to the rest of my family and friends with astounding feedback. so now id like everyone else to enjoy what we are enjoying now. Q: where do we pay? do you accept other modes of payment aside from cash? do you offer installments?
A: you can pay at our store
GIZMO 2nd level Robinson's Cybergate Mall don gil garcia st., cebu city. you can also deposit the amount thru BDO. for added convenience, you can leave PDC checks or make advance payments (3k = 2months you need not worry bout your internet payments. 18k = a year of freedom) don't worry advance payments are refundable and can be suspended anytime. we will be in touch with you each month via text
Q: is the site test/delivery/installation free? if not, why?
A: No, we charge for that within city limits, mactan, mandaue, pardo. all site visits, including tests/delivery/installation/repair/checkup/transfer/etc.
we charge 500 pesos. In the efforts of keeping the price as low as possible, we did not include those extra service charges in the price. 90% of the issues are user fault anyways and 90% of issue can be resolved over the phone as well. we basically got feed-up with clients yelling at us insisting they got a defective unit demanding immediate replacement only to get there and find they just forgot to turn on the outlet switch. complaints like slow surfing only to find out others in their network are all downloading porn. the worst one was on a site visit were we got 39mbps but still no sale because they couldn't afford it in the first place so they never had any intention of buying, just wasting our time. Our time is money. Gas eats up money. Our staff and tech take home salaries. Our test equipment cost money.
Q: what network is this? who is the provider?
A:
this is our own solution. this is NOT a smartbro or globe tattoo product.
what matters is that it works! our device actually works with all networks but we make our solution to provide BETTER experience & performance by making it seamless for the end users.
our solution performs many times better than what they offer. without trying our solution first, comparing our solution with their products is totally unfair due to the already bias negative experience everyone is having with their offers. whats important is that its fast, cheap, 100% legal and

Q: we want to know the network so that we can tell if that service is available in my area.
A: if you have coverage from any of the telcos then most likely
we have you covered. if you think your not covered because you cellphone doesnt have coverage,
try us we might just surprise you.
in many areas where other telco service backed out on installing internet service, we have achieved to do so with fantastic results. in many instances where end users insist they don't have coverage in their area (with their LTE devices and cellphones) our solution still works perfectly.
Q: is this LTE? why don't you advertise it as such like the other telcos.
A: Yes our technology runs behind LTE. but LTE comes in many forms and implementation. however, people who already have experience with LTE locally generally have negative things to say about it. "wala2x ang signal". "no coverage around the city" etc. those of you who owns an iphone 5/s or samsung s4/5/note3 how often do you see LTE showing consistently on your devices? almost never i bet. so we don't want to be associated with that stigma. our solution will prove this isn't the case. we might have a few dead spots but in general
our coverage is solid in cebu and major cities around the country. if you got one of those LTE pockets from either telcos bring it to our shop and you can compare how solid our signal is compared to theirs.
Q: is this legal? does this come with warranty.
A: Yes this is
100% legal, NTC certified, network & manufacturer supported, etc.
our devices are 100% brand new factory unlocked openline with full
1 year warranty, unrestricted, optimized and tweaked for our solution. we actually advertise weekly in local media.
Q: will this work with CCTV systems
A:
Yes it works with CCTV. we charge a 1x setup fee of 5,000 pesos for this additional feature. however some cctv devices are not compatible.
(update 7.24.2014) to assure compatibility, you must get our CCTV DVR 4 port recorder 9,000 pesos. considering you would be paying 5k up per month on a static IP service. few months ROI na. if you need more ports, contact us for options.
Q: how is it for gaming? hows the latency?
A: expect excellent gaming experience with our solution. on laptop tests, we
average 15ms ping and as
fast as 1ms ping. on tablets and cellphones we average 30ms.
Q: how can we justify the initial cost?
A: at 1,500 a month up to more than 42mbps vs up to 2mbps. ultra fast reliable service vs terrible slow unreliable service.
if you have 2 phones and a tablet with data plans at 1,200 each thats 3,600 a month. few months with our mobile solution pays for the package on its own after which you will be making thousands each month by using our solution. we literally be putting money in your pocket, you get to enjoy
virtually free ultra high speed internet by then. if you are paying 5k per month for your internet now at home or office in hopes of getting near decent connection, same thing. after
a couple of months device pays for itself and the monthly fee becomes virtually free.
Q: is the home solution faster than the mobile version? what are the pros and cons of each solution?
A:
both offer up to more than 42mbps. mobile version has a wifi range of about a room so its ideal for on the go take it anywhere personal internet solution since it is pocketable and battery powered (4-6 hours use) but constantly charging the unit can cause heat issues if used continuously for many hours thus making it a home solution less ideal. this is why our home version is ideal for always on 24-7 internet access without having heat and power issues. it also has bigger internal antenna module (and optional external antenna) and no power restrictions that it can potentially get more signal in low coverage area offering better performance.
Q: how far can the wifi reach? can the home solution wifi router cover all our rooms in the house?
A: the mobile solution covers
a room. the home solutions package comes with a long range wifi router that should cover
an average size 2 story house in all room if placed in an optimal area. in the likelihood that you need more range or plagued with thick concrete walls and floors, we can also provide you with optional wifi repeaters to expand the wireless coverage throughout the house.
Q: can we use our own sim?
A: yes and no! yes you can use your own sim since our device is openline and unrestricted. but if you use a different sim, it will not have our complete solutions package so we can not guarantee it will work at all and/or if you will be affected by their data cap and forced slowdowns etc. to be assured of proper service, use our provided sim. anyway,
we provide a sim for free with our solutions package.
Q: what assurance can you give us that years from now your service will still be available?
A: as you know, we can never predict the future. however, we came up with this solution first and foremost for our own use, having been feed up with terrible expensive ISPs in the past. so our goal is to keep this going long term in efforts to get cost of R&D back otherwise we would be at the greatest loss since we won't get ROI and we would have to be forced to suffer terrible expensive ISPs again just like the rest. so as long as we are capable and this solution is relevant
we will keep it going.
Q: do you offer money back guarantee? say if we are unhappy with the service after 6 months?
A: imagine going to a store to buy yourself an iphone5s and asking for a money back guarantee "in-case" in 6 months you realize you don't like it anymore coz maybe then you realize the screen is tiny compared to android offers or for whatever reason. does that sound fair to you? be aware that the hardware in our
solutions package is openline/unlocked/unrestricted. do what you want with it, its yours after you buy it. a simple press of the reset button, you can then use it with any other networks offer, so
it does NOT become a brick without our service. we don't ask for lock in periods. we charge month to month, if you don't like our solution, don't use it or don't pay for it. its that simple. why should we pay you back for the months you enjoyed using our solution?
NOTE: performing hard reset will erase our solutions package embedded in the hardware. we will charge 1,500 for reprogramming starting today (7/5/2014) DO NOT TAMPER with our settings if you want to enjoy our ultra high speed internet solution.
Q: will this slow down when there are too many using your solution?
A: we are talking millions in terms of capacity. right now we are slowly trying to push our first thousand units out. so its
a long ways to go to worry about it. by then, expansion and other improvements are to be expected.
Q: what areas have coverage? is this nationwide coverage?
A: Our coverage of Cebu is pretty much
blanket cover of cebu city, mandaue, mactan, and olango islands.
North of Compostela is spotty. danao up, no coverage. Bantayan we have coverage
South of Naga starts to get spotty. Carcar down no coverage.
East of Citylights Gardens has a few spotty areas going around the bends thru the mountain but Marco Polo down is super fast and all villages headed to balamban is covered. Balamban is super fast.
Ma. Luisa is spotty.
Spotty means some patches of dead spots but we have coverage in the area.
Yes. most major cities in the Philippines we have coverage.
