I'm looking for a long-term business partnership (3 years and up) sa usa sa mga PisoNet PC/unit owners diha nga gusto magbutang ug unit sa ako place. About 20sqm, 17 units and masud w/ CR.

As of now, nag cge pa renovate sa place. Located at Mambaling, Basak (near ShopWise & SuperMetro)WALA kompetensya, KUSOG ang traffic sa tao, daplin sa dalan, medyo duol ug SCHOOL and MALL, and naa jud tungod sa agi-anan sa mga tao sa mga nagpuyo sa sudlonon nga part (Daghan nag-board didto mga studyante ug employee). .





Here are the minimum requirements:

Atleast 4-5 units ang minimum i-bilin (Indoor type).
Ang PC owner ang shoulder sa Internet bill, ako ang electric bill.
Sharing is 55/45 or 60/40. Sabotan lang nato unsa'y maayo.


Rest assured your computer units will be taken cared very well. Please know nga ako jud ni kwaan ug PERMITS ako location apil na ang mga unit to make sure nga wala'y hasol when it comes to legal matters. Make sure kung mo PM or contact mo, kasabot namo sa ako minimum requirements. Though I would still want to here your side basin ma-negotiate pa nato ang conditions.
