The Man from U.N.C.L.E. is an upcoming spy-fi action-adventure comedy film directed by Guy Ritchie and co-written by Lionel Wigram, based on the 1964 MGM television series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. created by Sam Rolfe.
In the early 1960s, CIA agent Napoleon Solo and KGB operative Illya Kuryakin participate in a joint mission against a mysterious criminal organization, which is working to proliferate nuclear weapons.
