By the way, mao ni additional info sa akong issue:

    - We have 46 Client PCs, Windows 7 ang OS running on Dell optiplex 3010, 4GB RAM.
    - Connected ni sila tanan sa Windows Server 2012 (Domain Controller).
    - Ang among Windows Server 2012 nag serve ni sya as Domain Controller,
DHCP Server, File Server, Printer Server, DNS Server, Deployment Server,
    and Symantec Anti-virus Manager.
upgrade sa among client PCs from Win XP into Win 7. And also brand new
    - Before mi nag upgrade sa among client PCs, wala man mi naka encounter ani.
    - kana pud mag print sila, mag "not responding" pud pag mo choose na sila ug printer. usahay dili pajud maka print bisan naka
    - up to 1000 Gigabits ang speed sa network switch.
    - and also dugay kaayo maka login ang user sa ilang accounts.

packet allocation error in my mind bro.

mura ninyo g inflict ug Denial of Service attack inyong server.

have a different server for Specific function.

use Linux if mahal ang per chair M$ server Client Access License.

pwede ra na basic CPU for Linux printserver with Access Logs

safer ang Linux for File Server < samba! oh yeah. >

another one for M$ Exchange server, an i5 quad with 8GB RAM will do. < this needed gyud ni M$ for outlook mails and Skype >
