i have 5 iridescent sharks, 4 dark and 1 albino.

yesterday, the albino died. Before it did, I had the following observations:
- small bubbles flow out of its gills once in a while even if it does not go to the surface
- did not swim like stupid (iridescents keep swimming like crazy)

and now, another shark is showing the same symptoms. i googled it up but i only found gas bubble disease. which could not be since the symptoms (which includes bubbles on skin) did not appear.

anybody know what's killing my sharks 1 by 1?

by the way, 2 bala sharks and 2 plecos are looking fine.

change ur water try waters from refilling station atleast low or zero chlorine level w/c is good for your sharks

what water do you use? how often do you clean your aquarium? how much food do you feed? and how often? there are a lot of factors which the vet will need to know...

-d most impt thing in fish keeping is probably water quality. dont overfeed, dont overstock. wat kind of filter r u using diay?? naka read nka nitrogen cycle?? please google it.

-ive read some articles na "too much oxygen in the water" ive experienced it sauna pero all fishes naa bubbles all over their bodies not just their gills. ako ra gipa ugmaan ang tubig. pabilin lang nko ang hardiest species (plecos, etc.) pede sad na probably ph sa water ug chlorine/chloramine esp sa new ponds and tanks. use water conditioner. use aged tap water with conditioner to be safe.
