Hi. I just would like to get information regarding the philhealth claims for maternity. How to apply for it, how long does it take to be processed, requirements, limits, etc. Or simply ahare your experience. I am employed by the way. Thanks!

    i gave birth atong feb 28, 2013

    QUESTION RE: PHILHEALTH:

Somebody please tell me the process of getting MDR. I'll be giving birth probably late this week or next week. Our HR, which is in our Mandaluyong Head office, sent me the signed Claim form 1 and a letter (with our company's letterhead and dry seal) containing my Date of Hire, Philhealth Number, Amount of contributions for the preceding 13 months and the O.R. number each. As I have browsed through one of Philhealth info pages, I've learned that one of the requirements for Claiming discounts against hospital bills is the clear copy of MDR. I went to their service desk at Robinsons Lingkod Pinoy Stall, and asked for my MDR. The staff gave me a PMRF (Philhealth member registration form) for me to fill out and an ER2 for my employer to sign. Is this really the procedure? Because someone told me I won't have to fill out anything, and just give me Philhealth # to get my MDR.
