Where to find Arugula and Kale in Cebu

I really enjoy the spicy flavor of the Arugula leaves in my salad and sandwiches. Arugula is also known as Salad Rocket. I can only find it at Italian restaurants like Michelangelo or La Bella Pizza.
I'd also like to find Kale, which is one of the healthiest greens you can eat, cook, juice etc. I have never seen it in the Philippines. Are there any growers here in Cebu?
