A friend of mine who happen to take over chairmanship of a cooperative which had financial problem already.
Now, together with him and the officers are summoned to answer legally regarding their answerables from a certain investor. For those who are knowledgeable on this matters, we would like to ask if my friend is liable for those account that happened prior to his takeover? Further, how could this be dealt with considering that the cooperative has no more capacity to pay?

depende na sa case. daugon ra na sa evidence. depende pud na kung unsay nakasuwat sa libro sa coop.
