SUPPORTZONE GLOBAL, a newly-established BPO in Cebu,is a sales and customer support provider of a Singapore-based company. We are strategically located in a small office at Lawaan 1, Talisay City, Cebu. We provide service to our customers purely through emails, and oftentimes by phone. Our operating hours is from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays, 8:30am to 3:00pm and we're closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly attend to customer's needs, inquiries and concerns
• Provide consistent, superior service to every customer from quotation to shipment
• Generate repeat sales and grow existing accounts

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate must be at least college level
• Has good English communication skills
• Has excellent Customer Service skills
• Computer proficient and knowledgeable in basic MS Excel skills
• Can work under pressure and with less supervision
• Results-oriented and have passion for excellence
• Willing to work on Saturday and holidays
• Keen to work in Talisay City, Cebu
