well if you have to go to both then you have to go to sauna first coz you normally have to take a bath after sauna. but if you've been to sauna and then you go to steam bath, for me thats already too much heat on my body. personally i would just pick one of them so if i go to sauna i'll just take a normal shower after that (usually a cold shower, it's very refreshing) or if choose to go to steam bath then i will skip sauna. but i wouldnt go to both on the same occasion.

sauna bath - mura ka gibutang sa takure nga walay tubig nya giinit an takure... ang gawas mura kag giluto ug uga
Steam bath - mura ka ug siomai / siopao / steamed fish... think of it... ang gawas mura ka ug as explained, siomai / siopao / steamed fish. hehehehe
unsa ang una neither... depende ra sa imong gusto, basta dont over do it... kung gusto ka modugay sulod sa steam room or sauna room, dapat ka mag cool off (eg. shower, drink water, pahuway sa may hangin) the reason is your blood pressure. bantayi nimo... kung dili nimo na makaya, ayaw ug pugsa, gawas gyud dayon, basin makuyapan pa mo ug mahigh blood, lisod na iexplain kung unsa nahitabo... heheheh...

maayo man gihapon ang duha isulod, basta MAKAYA NIMO... and ayaw ug paghambug nga nakaabot jud ka sa sauna for the whole 15 mins, then another 15 mins sa steam room, or something like that. 15 mins is the maximum time, not the time to beat. if you really want to get back in for another round, be sure that your pulse and your blodd pressure is normal, otherwise ayaw nalang ug pangandoy nga nakaabot ka sa sauna/steam room for thirty mins or worst one hour straight!Originally Posted by cmcanch
just remember this rule.. dont over do it... pareho ra sad na sa pagkaon. if done excessively it is bad to your health... do it moderately.
one more thing.... dont think nga nagpasauna or steam ka mawala imo fats or maniwang ka, dili na inung ana, going to steam and/or sauna just flushes out the toxins in your body, but it doesnt really make you loose the fat. kung lingkod jud ka for 8 hours a day, make sure you stand up and walk whenever, whereever you had the time ( eg. instead of using the elevator, try using the stairs instead, unless of course you worked in the 30th floor. hehehehe try walking home if you see that it is just a short walking distance. if you want to wait for the transportation (jeepney or taxi), try walking towards the designated stops rather than letting the vehicle stop in front of you) :mrgreen: just a bit of health tip to you...
sa una lagi kay didto sa annies world gym sa sm kay more than 30 min man mi mgsauna but di kaabot 1 hr, daghan man gud kaau mi ato malingaw ug storya after the taeboo class, not knowing na di diay maau, tnx for the info.
ingon pud ako aunt na pwede ra daw di mg-exercise kun sauna. so sa una member pa ko fitness mao ra jud na ako adtoon ug steam den bad pa jud kay ig-abot nako guba pa jud...
tnx...mg-exercise na lng ko oy! paet ning manganak na ta kay lisod padaut balik....sa una kay 108lbs ra ko after ko nanganak i was 143lbs den exercise ko gamay sauna ug steam bath daghan nilose kog mga 23lbs maintain na nako 120 ganahan pa ko lose gamay up to 110...hoping intawon ko puhon...
