    Unsa pagamay ug tiyan nga dili mag sit-ups.. Kana mga sauna belt? anybody used it? effective or just hoax lang na...

    do aerobic exercises (jogging, biking, walking) any exercises that utilizes most of youre feet are aerobic exercises
    sauna will not get the fat out of youre tummy, ang kuha-on ana sauna water ra sa imu lawas dili ang fat.
    and lastly, watch what you eat, kay exercise lang dugay ma wala tambok imo tummy, kinahanglan low carb diet ka, ayaw na pud cge inom softdrinks, og beer :mrgreen:

    and minimize eating rice. if you're fond of eating cups of rice every meal, then you have to trim it by 1 cup or kung makaya nimo, 1/2 cup lang. especially sa gabie inig dinner, gamay lang ang imong kaon. ayaw pirmi pabusog.

    thats right! cardio exercises combined with low carb diet is the key. also remember that its not always what you eat but what you drink as well! this will contribute to a high calorie consumption per day.
