Designation: Collection Executive
Job Description:
Assist businesses to collect overdue amount from unpaid accounts/loans and other debts, contact customers and advice them of the debt and arrange for payments to be made.
Negotiate with the customer for the best possible payment plan.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 6 months call center experience
- Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Negotiation skills
- Emotional intelligence- ability to perceive unfavorable situations/conditions and have the capacity to identify and initiate alternatives to circumvent such situations
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
