I heard some health benefits of doing tai chi. Can somebody attest to this?
i go ask my uncle when i see him... he's practicing tai chi every morning, walay sipyat except on rainy days... you can join him too for free or maybe for a little fee (i dunno if he charges, naa man daw mokuyog niya.
Yah nice ang taichi...ive t ried taichi for 2 years years back with mr. lim anha sa abellana...free ra to. apil pa chinese lessons hahaha
tai chi, like yoga, is more on meditation rather than its physical aspects of the movements. with regards to the improvement of your health, i doubt it. but (correct me if i'm wrong) proper breathing is essential for good health.

Any one knows a Tai-chi Center in cebu?
i only know that Yoga One in Banilad town center has started to offer tai chi classes. i happened to be invited at the introductory session last month. it was half lecture, half practical (kumbaga, trial for beginners). i thought it was good because theory is always a good basis for actual practice. their number is 344 1122.
ok thanks for the info

I am a Tai Chi practitioner from the Philippines and I would like to promote Tai Chi. It is a way to achieve health and wellness. To know more about it, since it will be too difficult for me to discuss what it is in this forum, please visit Philippine Tai Chi Network at www.taichiphil.blogspot.com You will find links there. It is a resource blog site for Tai Chi. More information will be posted there soon.
