im not so sure myself how they prepare it at Lemon Grass (Ayala) but I think they boil the lemon grass, drain, add lemon to the water, then sugar or honey, slices of cucumber and tomatoes, and some lemon grass stalks...then served cold.

my own version at home was celery instead of lemongrass and lemonsito instead of lemons...it was still good (for me).

i am a COKE addict, for the simple reason that i couldn't tolerate drinking water that much. mura kog kasukaon if i drink plenty of water. COKE is my WATER.

like the thread-starter, i consciously stop myself from drinking soda once in a while because of hyper acidity but to no avail. magpangita man gihapon ako lawas ug softdrinks.

CAFFEINE is what make this drink so addictive, you just couldn't resist it. i guess the best alternative is to find other drinks that would give the same amount of satisfaction with little or less acidity. there are lots of healthy options in the market if you're really eager to stop that COCA-COLA hype.
