I only know of one vet that will crop still and its Dr. Ed Dela Cruz sa Dog & Cat Clinic. Be warned, he's senior na and a stickler for complete and updated vaccination. For as long as complete ug vaccination your dog and very healthy your dog, he will crop it - no problem. Doc is also very sapoton so if you have the patience, go for it! Seriously, I've asked around and he's the only vet there is that will still crop. Cropping is already discouraged and prohibited by most or all vets in Cebu apart from him. He's a veteran so nobody can fault him if he still continues to do so.
