Join our team of Processing Support Technicians!

Job Responsibilities:

Interpret and extract source data from imaged applications. Set up quotes and policies, routing as appropriate; Process requests for information from underwriters, agents, and insured in a professional manner utilizing the email, and letters; Process and issue policy cancellations within authority adhering to multiple state requirements for notice to the insured; Communicate with Underwriters for missing information; Provide back-up processing and email support for rating units. Complete transactions within knowledge level; Provide quality review of policy print products including forms; Analyze and resolve any discrepancies.

Minimum Skills Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Undergraduates are encouraged to apply provided applicants must have completed 2 years of college education
• Required skill(s): Customer Service, MS Office Applications, Internet.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• 50% voice support and 50% back-office support
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends, PH holidays
• Amenable to work in Ayala Cebu Business Park
