Foreigner: Needs Legal Help

"I work with this lady from the Phil as my assistant but not regular hours. She sound so kind, and sweet and very convincing. Months after we have finally treated each other as friends, emails are coming in if she could lend some money from me as an advance. As a friend, I said yes. I kept her promise. I was too busy and her emails coming in for a $150, $300, $100 so on and so forth until it reach 200k in Peso.

Then a friend of her says she ran with her money. Great! Just great!!! And so I told ex-assistant that she could no longer borrow money from me and she has to start paying me. She said yes but I have not received any payment from her and what I know is she has no way of paying I believe as she only rented a room and has a laptop which was given to her by another foreigner.

What should I do? Please help."

marry her, f*ck her hard, leave her hanging for some dimes and put her into jail. anyway, that'd be equal to 4 grand.

i got one and lawyer said my situation with her is debt, and Phil does not consider it a criminal offense. If only I could post her name and face on the internet to warn everyone. She's working her magic on other people.
