Philippines : United we Fall, Divided we Stand

What if say after Pnoy steps down in 2016 and the person who succeeded him turn out to be another tyrant, people in Manila as usual gather in EDSA to overthrow that person. However the rest of the country , too tired and too sick already of Manilas politics and policy decided to leave the Republic and establish their own Federal, Sultanates or Unions ? What will happen ? Will the Philippines move forward or would it be more chaotic ?

Say as a result of EDSA 3 , Luzon will be divided into two,
- the Katagalugan Republic and the Northern Federation

Visayas will have : Federal State of Visayas

Mindanao we will have also two states, the Sultanate of Sulu and the Confederation of Mindanao Provinces.

What will be the problems faced by the newly formed States and Federations ? will this be better or worst for us ?

i would say it's impossible to happen. 2016 presidentiables will still be the same people. Binay, Roxas, etc. so same people, same agenda, same situation. duh!
