For Transfer of ownership requirements:

Original copy of the Certificate of Registration (CR) or Certificate of Registration Encumbered (CRE)
Original copy of official receipt of payment of latest MVUC and other fees
Original copy of the Deed of Sale/ Transfer/ Conveyance
Confirmation of CR/OR in case the transacting district office is different from the district office that issued the current certificate of registration
PNP-TMG MV Clearance Certificate
Duly accomplished and approved Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR)

Same ni sako situation pero dli sa change color..
ang ako gibuhat kay..
1. present photocopy sa OR & CR
2. photocopy deed of sale
3. photocopy sa valid ID sa seller or the name of the person
na nakabutang sa CR (Dapat jud iya ID) and sa imoha pud
4. Adto ka camp sotero, ask for clearing sa motor..usually mobayad ka mga 800php
sa land bank sa pag transfer ownership, clearing of motor (if dili ba kinawat), ug change of color
5. Usually 3-4 days makuha ang documento ani..
6. Adto LTO, bring the ff:
Original Copy OR & CR
Original Copy sa Deed of sale
photocopy sa valid id sa seller
clearance sa pnp-tmg
photocopy sa id pud nimo

more or less budget ni 2k - 2.5k...gud lck.
