So far so good at Hola Espana, resto by the road into Maria Luisa. I went with my chef buddy, we normally like to try different restaurants once in a while, away from home and fast food. Anyway onto my thoughts, servers were professional, Great wine selection esp. their spanish wines not too acidy, rich and dark when glass tilted, good flavor. We started with seafood soup nice and rich w/ good flavor from the sea, tasted their Ceasar salad which was quite lumpy but stayed in line with Yolk and olive oil base, good parmesan cheese, tasted like Reggiano. Onto the Entree, we had Lengua and pollo with tons of garlic cooked in good olive oil, dash of chili, quite tasty, while the Lengua was perfect, flavor, texture, melt in your mouth. Suprisingly their deli and food stock were complete ie hamon serrano, complete set of Manchego, olive oils, pasta etc... the only downside was parking but other than that it was great Hope this helps next time u want a taste of spanish
