last num sa imo plate corresponds to the month ka dapat magpa rehistro. 1-jan, 2-feb, etc.
2nd to the last digit determines the week of the month ma expire.
1-3 1st week, 4-6 2nd week, 7-8 3rd week, 9-0 last week.

tama., pero reminder lang up to 0 rana means October., wala na november ug december anah., kana nga mga months penalty naka ana kung mag renew ka., bsan pa ug november or december ka nag palit., pinakaduol ra nimo makuha is kana ra 0/October.
