    Default Sleeping difficulties


    Im a First time mom to be. 7 mos pregnant and im having this problem everytime I sleep. Di jud ko katarung tulog, magbali bali nlng kog position. if mag side lying sad ko feel nako mapiit si baby then if magnormal position ko they say na dili daw katarung ang blood circulation for both mommy and baby so basin magkaproblema. I would like to ask those moms out there or to anyone nga naka experience na ani ... Please share your experiences and suggestions guys Thanks in advance.

    Hello! Sleep in elevated position. Mga 3 ka pillows imo gamiton. Butangi sad pillow imong kilid para dili maipit si baby. Ok ra mag normal position but lie more on your left

    They say that a warm bath an hour before going to bed will help you sleep.
    A warm milk would also help.

    Not sure if its safe for pregnant women but just try to consult your doctor if you are allowed to drink tea specifically Chamomile as this can relax you and make your sleep in order.

    Maam I sell vitamins and minerals called essentials mura ni sya Centrum "Complete" pero mas effective and taas iyang potency. Based on my own experience effective jud sya. I work in a call center btw and naa koy problema sa pagtug. 1st time nako gitake ang product naay results and lami jud akong tulog and dili labad sa ulo pgmata nako. Never na jud ko ngcoffee everymorning.

    vitamins ra makapatulog og tarong nimo misis. if wala p k, ayaw pataka og inom. ad2 consulta sa imo doctor.

    Naa koy vitamins gi take karun gireseta ni doc ... I askd her bwt sako sleeping prob and she said since 7 mos nako, basta 3rd trim ana jud daw kasagaran maglisud sleep ... karun anad2x na tawn ko ... hehe!
