Cebu friends, anyone with a kind heart? All these dogs will be killed tomorrow Feb 3, 2014 at the Cebu City Pound unless someone adopts them. Address is just at the back of SM City - Batiller St., North Reclamation, Cebu City.
No need to pay a ridiculous amount to have a friend for life. ADOPTION IS FREE, and it is good for your heart.
