    Question I need help. Nig jogg nako sakit kaayo. =/


    Guys! Mangutana ra onta ko ba. Since bag`o paman ko nag jogging.
    Mag 1 month palang kay ni tambok ko. hoho! pag first 3 weeks ok
    ra jud ayo then ni kalit lang mo sakit akong dapit sa both ankle sa
    left & right. Ako gi try ug hikap kay para makabaw jud ko asa dapit
    sa ankle ang sakit but lisud kaayo. Gi tambagan mankos akong migo
    na runner pod. si Rico Dale na sa landing ni nako sayop. Ako gi try
    gi gi sulti for 3 days pero still sakit japon kaayo. mora gug mangurinti
    sa kasakit. onsaon kaha ni? or asa ni dapat ipa check up na ma cover
    sa maxicare para free lang ba. =/

    kani na picture kay kay kanang naay red mora ora2 pod sa akoa.
    na diha dapit ang sakit na wala jud ko kabaw asa dapit basta diha
    ang manakit. morag mangurinti sa kasakit.

    and naa pa diay koy pahabol na pangutana. since nanambok manko ba.
    naa bay supplement na maka pa burn ug fats? without going to gym ba.
    bali Running + supplement lang ba? if naa. onsa and asa mapalit and tag pila?

    Overweight ngali ka TS mao nga mo sakit emo ankle noemal ra man na ug mo loose na unya ka dlili na na mo sakit.......try kamote instead of rice dali ra ka mo reduce tried&tested na nku.......

    Ayg palabi og dagan og layo kay bag-o pa ka nag start. Tong nag tuyok2x ko diha sa Abellana Oval, first day nako, nag lakaw lakaw ra ko, 2nd day, tuyok ka usa non-stop, then gradually increase the next days. Then before ka mag jog, e stretch una ang mga muscles, same ra gud na kung mag gym ka, required jud mag warm up.

    it could be your shoes isn't right for your feet...get your feet checked at Runnr in Ayala or at A Runner's Circle in Raintree Mall...ang about the supplement...try hydroxycut...magtubod na imong singot...take it 30 mins before any physical activity

    might be the shoes.. naa bitaw kas abels, try running bare daw kun mosakit pa ba.. pero
    i suggest you take a rest sa for 2 days, basin nasobraan rasad ka sa dagan plus mileage.

    Onsay mga sakto na stretching before mag jogg? ky sigoro sayop akong pag stretching Ni try ko ika duha saona mag jogg sa oval pero ni undang ko. kay mas kapoyan ko kay pirmi ra balik2 ang makita nako ba. Mas mo prefer manko sa dalan mo mag jog.

    Dili ko tig jogg ug oval kanang sa it.kay sa dalan raman ko tig jogg kay dili au ko comfortable mag toyok2 ug oval.

    aw sa it diay ka.. pwede raman diha mag bare.. magbare man gihapon ko ug magjog ko diha.. ok raman ang cemento sad kana kun ang lapalapa nimo naa nay kubal.. murag dako porsyento sa sapatos, seasoned runner naman ni suggest nimo diay.. maayo sad adto kag runners aron macheck unsay saktong shoes para nimo.

    hahahha, ngtawa ko diri. lutoon nimo ang kamote TS. mao pud ni ang gibuhat sa akong ate ug nigamay jud xa try lng. instead na mag rice ka, kamote ang imo himoon nga rice.

    Try lesser impact sports... like biking , stationary biking, etc.

    buy a shoe that has better cushion.

    Eat green healthy leafy vegetables twice a week
