Exercise is best way to maintain fitness. I do exercise everyday because it helps to lose weight easily. I do cardio exercises for at least 1 hour in a day. I suggest everyone to do cardio exercises.

we need exercise to stretch the muscle
and no if you are so stress hence you need to rest rather than do exercise.

As far as i know exercise are really important for fitness and if you want to try best exercise than you should try cardio like Running and swimming.. Both are best
