What do you mean secured? Kanang dili mavirusan?

Pag install og Antivirus, Anti-malware, Firewall.

best way is dont let other people use your computer.
or let them use a guess account.

    chrisvil is right..

Group Policy Editor will solve your problem, (gpedit.msc)

first thing you do is prevent right clicks on task bar and on explorer. <-- very understandable, no right clicks
then prevent any changes that will make on desktop. <-- very understandable, cannot change desktop, etc.
then disable the control panel <-- very understandable, can't access control panel
then disable Command prompt <-- can't access command prompt
then disable Registry Editor <-- can't access registry editor
then hide all your HDD partitions <-- you can't find your drives on your Computer
then disable access to you HDD partitions <-- you can't access your drives ex. C:\

then FTW (for the win) use deepfreeze for a fully secure system... for UPDATE games you should put them on other partition that deep freeze not covered,,

by this, you can disable users form deleting the programs that your talking about on your problem.

if im going to setup those im doing it in a mix regedit and gpedit,. since i assume that your not familliar to regedit. i dont recommend you do this, since you may damage your system.
