I've heard of this... I think it's located just outside Camp Lapu lapu... in Lahug. Their Bell Pepper wrapped like lumpia shanghai with ground beef and deep-fried is quite famous.

from salinas drive going to camp lapu-lapu, wa pa ka ka-abot sa gate naa siya sa right side... naay signage Julia's Cafe... i like their sisig there...
simple ra siya nga restaurant/inuman place...

mostly sa mag inom or mo eat are working in call centers in IT park..medyo crowded sya during daytime ky kasagaran mo out sa work from nyt shift dha mo inom.. i for one usahay mo inom dha.. its safe!

best seller jud nila ang ila Sizzling Pochero. love their Gambas pod. sa una, before the invasion of the call center peeps (like me), mga DOM ang mangaon diha. but now, nice na. di na ka mahadlok mu kaon didto. i actually like the place. all the people i brought there wanna come back... again, and again, and again.

hehe i remember 2 years ago before a lot of peeps knew about julias, inig 6am mag lumbaanay dayn mi ug adto, red horse dayun until hapun, hubog ug busog perteng daghana ug orderon pero gamay ra kaayo ma bayran kay barato ra man. lami tanan nila food didto. my fave is sizzling pochero, crispy pata, siling shanghai, lami sad ilang callos and balbacua, hasta ila chicharon bulaklak lami sad! karon daghan na kaayo tawo so panagsa nalang mi mo adto... hehehe share lang ko
