Contractor for a Residential House


I am currently looking for Contractor to build our simple house.


What we want.
1. Reasonable price
- (We will be making a Pagibig Housing Loan for this
please be reasonable with the price. Less or No downpayment is preferred.
We have a tight budget.)


2. Minimalist 2 Storey House with Roofdeck
- We do not want any unnecesarry structural design. Just the 4 Main Corner of the house.
- The Simplier the better.
- I should be more on Function not the Looks.


3. Specs
- The ground floor, will consist of 1 bedroom,1 kitchen,1 dining,1 CR,1 living Room.
As much as possible, we wanted the living and the kitchen to have no division so that the house will be spacious.
- The second Floor, will have 1 master's bedroom with walkin closet and CR, 2 regular rooms, 1 cr for the 2 rooms.
- A Roofdeck!, we really wanted to have a roofdeck than a plain roof because its more functional. However,
we are concerned on the additional cost it will make. Please enlighten us the difference(in terms of cost) between an ordinary roof and a roofdeck.)


4. Lot
- It's 12m x 9m.
- The firewall will be at the back of the house. So the usable land will be 9m x 6m. (Please do correct me If I am wrong
as I am not an Engineer nor an Architect ).




We are planning to process all Pagibig requirements April this year (2014). Again,I would like to reiterate that
Less to NO downpayment is preferred .

Boss pa pm pd sa pricing. Middle lot cya and 9 meters by 10 meters ang lot area. Pila ang pinakadako nga usuable floor area ani? Ganahan ta ko mangaug pricing sa per sq.m sa living area of per sq.m sa carpark. 2-storey diay ako plano. Tnx.

asa ang location ani na lot? wala may mu sukol mubuhat ug project if walay downpayment. how can a contractor guarantee na ma bayran after the finished project?
