We are seeking to hire the highest quality technical support reps for our company. You must have a combination of sales, customer service, and level 2 tech support skills to work with us.
Sign on Bonus 25K - for previous Microsoft PC Safety and Answer Desk Agents
( Manila, Cebu, Davao, CDO)
MUST be qualified to be certified from BPO accounts such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo, or another remote desktop support BPO account.
Must be strong at tech sales, customer service, and level 2 technical support on Windows
First month training and nesting pay: 16k
Salary after one month training: 28k - 32k
2 hours per day, 5 days per week

LONG TERM CONTRACT!
We are seeking FULL TIME only, certified technical support reps to take customer technical support calls for various computer issues such as viruses, slow computer, fbi virus, malwares, rootkits, operating system reinstallation, networking, printers, routers, email problems, and more.
You MUST be CERTIFIED or QUALIFIED to be certified from a known company or BPO in support from such companies as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba or similar technical support or remote support accounts.
**Mac expertise is a plus!
**Sales, up-selling, and cross selling experience for tech support services is required
