up for this. also asking the same question...
TS, some vital questions wud be: date of purchase, kng under warranty p or dili na, ownership: 1st hand, 2nd hand?, condition, reason for selling, etc..
personally i wud prefer kng ikaw mismo ang muadto sa balay sa seller to test d unit..
then let him demonstrate to you unsaon pg operate sa unit,
observing basics for electronics like: plugging, power on/off, pgload s disc, then pg connect s accessories like controllers, among others nga iapil s package..
just observe kng simultaneous rb niya gibuhat, or kng dghan p b xa ug ipang adjust (wc is probably a hint nga possible naa ny defect ang unit)..then kng ok na, let d seller hv u test d unit..kasagaran s ako na observe, ang testingan jud nila pg ayo ang analog stick sa controller.. ayaw lng hunahunaa nga kamao nka daan unsaon pggamit ky usually, it cud be a rison nga dghan ka dili mabantayan nga possible defects..
Note: 1. mas maayo ug naa ky kauban nga nkatesting na..
2. and if after testing, naa jpun ky hesitations, just don't rush to decide, mao na nga tym nga i ask unsa py possible nimo nga questions..
3. and bcoz ur looking for a 2nd hand item, do take note dt "not all" sellers wud offer uh personal warranty, especially kng dugy na nila ang unit..(thus d price dey are offering compared s bnew.)
