FRONTEND DEVELOPER (JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL)
Responsibilities:

• Coding highly efficient and scalable software (mostly using LAMP stack) while using Mercurial code versioning
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining web application and infrastructure components
• Refactoring and improving maintainability of the codebase
• Solving complex scalability, platform and integration problems
• Building custom Wordpress and Magento templates using the latest techniques
• Creating HTML emails and MailChimp templates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent courses
• Experience with W3C Compliant XHTML/HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript libraries such as jQuery
• Able to convert PSD design to WordPress and Magento custom-template
• Ability to work with a number of JS Frameworks and can write strong scalable code
• Understanding concepts of basic JavaScript scripting outside of a provided framework
• Understanding of responsive vs adaptive design implementation
• Experience developing and troubleshooting front end solutions across multiple browsers and devices
• Experience with PHP/MySQL
• Excellent knowledge and experience with both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
• Experience in developing various APIs
• Knowledge and ability to write and performance optimize SQL queries for MySQL
• Experience working with a version control system (i.e., Mercurial)
• Creativity, desire and ability to learn towards solving problems quickly and properly
• At least 1 year of relevant experience required
