Default Ko-Kard Users, Tapok ta Diri.

Okay. I opened this thread because I am VERY much disappointed with Ko-kard.

There were delays in the remittance of my funds (sent by my employer) this past few months.

Why did I use ko-kard by the way? Because, a friend of mine (will not disclosed the name) told me that ko-kard is better than Western union, cheaper than paypal and gives me a faster access to my funds and that I will receive the funds same day it was sent if credit card gamiton. So I told my boss about it. He signed up for Ko-kard and less than a week I got the card and it WAS smooth sailing.

But the past few months were disappointing. there were delays sa loading sa funds.

June 16, their reason "They said there was an influx due to the large of remittance that came in during the holiday"
August 30 (friday) Ok lang kasabot ko kay weekend, and was expecting the money by monday and then wala na load.. kay kuno nag holiday ang US (Labor Day), so expect nasad ko og tuesday, wala ghapon kay i-process pa daw within 24 hours and then I was like, "What? but you guys said before that if my boss use credit card the money will be receive same day it was sent." ok cge cge kalma na sad ko.

Karon. my boss sent the funds yesterday early in the morning and was expecting the funds be loaded to my account by afternoon but until now, wala ghapon. Emailed their support and they're not responding to my emails. (emails kay kapila nko nag email nla everytime mag ka issue ko sa ila service)

Kamo, guys? experience mo ani? kung kamo sa ako lugar, mkalagot dba?

My experience with ko-kard is pretty good. myself and my employer are very pleased with the service. There had been a few times I had to talk to their customer service but my questions had been answered quickly and promptly. With regards on your comment on your payment delay, ko-kard is just as fast as paypal and the fact that they have a local office here, it makes me feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend ko-kard to other freelancers in the Philippines.

Grabe ka delay mag send og payment ang ko-kard.

"Payouts are processed within 5-7 banking days excluding weekends and Bank holidays. You will receive an SMS notification and email confirmation once your ko-kard has been loaded. "

    Pastilan!

    Default Ko-kard worst ever!

I just really hope magsara na ning ko-kard eh noh? I have a very bad experience dealing with them. 2 weeks na wala pa rin funds ko I mean come on, even banks allow only 2-3 business days to process the payment. Basin irolling pa ni nila atoh kwarta ba kay patulugon pa man og 2 weeks paita! I've told my client already not to use ko-kard and he too was very disappointed og perte kamahay ngano nagamit sya aning ko-kard. cge ra ko follow up, cge rag ingon ginaprocess na ang payout. wow 2 weeks na jud, nanganak na atoh kwarta. wah jud pulos ning ko kard! Dapat ireklamo na nila sila para manarado makalagot jud!
