unsa nindot nga amd 8core ug 990fx mobo brand/model?!
ng plan gud ko mg upgrade.. gus2 pud ko mo try 8core..
my current set-up:
AMD FX4100 3.6ghz Quad Core Proc
MSI 880GMS-E35(fx) mobo
8gig( 1X8 ) DDR3 1333 ram
ATI Radeon 5770 1gb DDR5 128bit graphics card with mounted deepcool v200 vga cooler,with heatsink + dual cooper heatpipes + 92mm deepcool fan

careful man....we here are not fanatics..but enthusiast...we pride ourselves on knowledge about computer tech and not only just loving it.
anyhow..go for fx8350...the latest 8 core from amd...

Piledriver is around 15% faster than bulldozer clock-clock. So by that alone you'll be expecting at least 15% improvement on cpu intensive apps and games. Would even be greater going from a 4-core bulldozer to an 8-core vishera. Get the FX-8350. As for the board, go for at least a Gigabyte UD3. Stay away from low end MSI and Asrock boards if you can ( vrm issues on AM3+ boards )
