here's my workout program:
1st day: Chest,Triceps,Shoulders - 3 sets each composed of 3 types of exercises, I usually go fro 10-8-6reps, sometimes 12-10-8.
2nd day: Rest
3rd day: Back, Biceps - same sets and reps. - if madala, I go for lower body, legs,hamstrings...
4th day: Rest
--then back to day 1--
after workout, I do cardio for 20mins...
Supplements: 2 Amino Tablets, 1 and a half hour before workout... but recommended jud f mo take after workout but ga tipid man ko kay mahal man...hehe
