    Question need some input

got a smb 2x5mb dsl plan first / second floor
    firstfloor
    nid->phone jack-> dsl/phone splitter-> modem->hub/switch
with an snr of 31-30 down 13-14 up
    attenuation of 14

did a check on mode stats its running 27hours and 1st floor is still open

i did a recheck the uptime change to 3hrs happend around 1-2am in the morning
the link gave me snr of 14 down 13 up
    attenuation of 14
almost all devices is off closes at 12mn, mostly user from the second floor uses that line or the other one dedicated to them.

2nd floor did not check unable to still have some remaining customers did check around 5am in the morning with the same result
with an snr of 31-30 down 13-14 up
    attenuation of 14

where can i find the fault from my isp to my nid or some uninsulated wires receiving some electrical noise

do a line test from the 'demarcation point'..... adto monitor sa termination box sa imong isp...

monitor for an hour or how long you want. if this is stable, then turn to your 'in-house' wiring... as much as possible minimize 'Splices' if you can, latag ug NEW wire from termination box going to the modems

how do i do a line test demarc to termination box
checking the inhouse wiring will take some time.

maybe ill just request my isp to re line a wiring from the box to the shop. and get a cat6 running to the phonejack before the adsl splitter to get some shielding.

thx for the reply almost similar to what im going to do.
    except linetest.

not going inside sa house but from termination box to the demarc ang ipa request morag dinalian man to na work work like 2month then boom random discon or unble to sync if the modem manual turned off. for the inhouse wiring cat6 nalang nako para sure 2wire ra bitaw from the demarc to the phone jack.

    lamats for more clarifications. hehehe
