Help: Who knows how to Organize Bazaars?

Hi everyone!

Can somebody help me on finding somebody who knows how to organize Bazaars?

Or a great marketing person who would help me find prospective lessees for my space somewhere @ UPTOWN CEBU (very nice place for small-medium enterprises @ affordable rental fee)
