SPEECH-TO-TEXT...HELP!!

Is there a voice recognition and dictation program that is free and ACTUALLY WORKS WELL? What i wanted is a 'speech to text' rather then a 'text to speech' program. What i mean is you talk into the microphone and the words come up on the screen. As i said before i would like it to be accurate and free. if you can find a program that does that, i'll be happy.

i know naay ingon ani nga built in sa winxp pero ang nakalisod kay dli accurate ang iyang pickup sa mga words. kay for example, imbes letter R lang akong gusto, ang mugawas kay "ARE". :c
