    Default typical meals sa mga mag workout


    sa mga nag workout, unsay kasagaran kan.on ninyo? i mean, unsay meal plan ninyo day to day? i know you usually eat egg whites, tuna, veggies, chicken breast, lean meat, etc. pero diba it gets boring man kung balik2x lang? example ang eg white, kung pirme lang hard boiled everyday sus aguy, mura na jud ug guma madugay.. hehe.. gai day ko ninyo ug ways or giunsa ninyo para dli kaau boring or puol.. ang gai pud ko ninyo ug uban puyd makaon nga ready to eat na nga pagkaon para sa mga nag workout.. for example, kanang graham crackers.. thnx

    well it depends lang gud.. i've seen some sample diets that goes something like...

    -----------------------------------------------------start---------------------------------------------------------------------
    Breakfast: Protein Shake (40grams Whey Protein, 5 frozen strawberries, 8oz water, 1tsp flax seed oil)
    2 Servings of Quaker Oatmeal (Fruit Flavored Box)
    Lunch: Subway Turkey 6" Sandwich-Wheat bread, Double Meat with lettuce, onion, and southwest sauce.
    1 Bag of BBQ Baked Lays
    1 Diet Soda
    Mid Afternoon: Repeat Protein Shake
    Dinner: Subway Chicken Salad-Double Meat, Lettuce, Onion, Spinach, Vinegar and Oil Dressing or sometimes light Caesar for a little variety.
    2 Boneless Skinless Tyson chicken Breasts grilled on a George Foreman Grill at home.
    After Dinner: 1 Blue Bunny Lite 85 Yogurt (varied flavors).

    or

    6:00am (pre-workout)

    * A cup of coffee with a scoop of Optimum 100% Whey

    8:00am (post-workout)

    * 1 scoop of Optimum 100% Whey
    * 1 Royal Gala apple (my favorite food in the world!)
    * 1/3 cup oats OR 2 slices of whole wheat toast with low-fat natural peanut butter.

    10:00am

    * 10 baby carrots, or a cup of grapes

    12:30pm

    * Veggies
    * A protein source (tofu, soy, whey, occasionally chicken, though I'm mostly vegan)

    4:00pm

    * A protein bar, or whey shake
    * A Royal Gala apple

    6:00pm

    * Medium salad
    * 1/2 brick of firm tofu

    8:00pm

    * 2 tablespoons of 100% pure soy protein, mixed with water, and a tablespoon of honey for flavor!

    noticed something similar??

    1. the eating instead of the usual 3 it became to 5 or 6
    2. veggies seems to be unlimited(especially those green leafy ones)
    3. PROTEIN
    4. complex carbs
    5. good fats

    it doesn't have to be the boring stuff you eat day after day.. pwede man imo ma vary depende.. imong imagination man is your limit.. there are alot of food that we can choose from...

    p.s. ako gi color ang food.. carbs is green, protein is blue, fats is yellow correct me if i'm wong in anything

    familiar ang mga sample diet.. i think nakuha ni nimo sa bodybuilding.com.. hehe

    @dotskie: bodybuilder na dako.. hahaha uu mga sample diet na sa bodybuilding.com naka bantay pud ko some of the stuff did2 kai well it's kinda hard to find here.. pinoy pa imong prito na prito gud to the max if dili then ambot ga lutao ug mantika.. purag pagkaon sa insik... ang diet i think depende ra gud na sa tao.. what works for one might not work for all.. so mao na compare gud ta sa mga samples so at least we have an idea...

    unsa ang effect anang mga protein bars if di ko magwork-out sa gym?

    i do some conditioning for myself like push-ups, jogging.. more of body weight akong buhaton pirmi. will it still be effective?

    well, magamit gihapon na sa lawas bai if grabe imong calisthenics (body weight exercises).. ang naka.disadvantage sa calisthenics kay makusgan tuod kay maayo, pero dili maporma imong muscles.. wat i mean is gamay ra ang "cut" den dili pud xa bugdo or dako.. ang naka.disadvantage pud sa weights lang kay imong muscle kay dili "fully functional".. manggahi man ka gud kung pure weights lang.. hehe nindot bai sagulon nimo ang duha..

    5-6small meals a day, dont go for the usual breakfast lunch dinner, but be sure to eat ur breakfast,, and dont put too much protein in your body, its useless, take what your body needs,,,be sure to take carbohydrates also, para naa energy.

    kakita man ko sa mga kargador sa pier nindot kaayog mga lawas pati na abs pero wa man silay diet. bisag unsa man lang to ila gikaon.
