i had this terrible terrible experience with sunburst restaurant (sa sm) slowwww au ilang service. mao jud na akong pinaka contra. i hate that restaurant. i got soo pissed nga akong g kasab-an ang waiter. coz wer done eating na nya wa pjud g hatag amo chit. we wanted to leave so badly. to make the matter worst, when we went to the counter, the cashiers were like doing nothing.lagota jud nako ioe.. im never eating there again!

I'm never mean to waiters since they can always spit on our food ... and I tip generously .. at least 15%

@grlnxtdor16: i agree. sunburst sm has really bad service.. a number of times me and my family experience such lousy service..

its best if you talk to the manager or the head officer so proper implementation can be done.. rather than scold the waiter and be ignored right after..

but the best time to do so is after eating

ako kn gmedyo naa cla sayop i will just tell them in a nice way...mka sabot man gud ko ky before nka try pod ko work ug food server....u can do anything u want kng kasab-an ka sa customer without them knowing jud. thats y mo respetar pod ko nla
