I think una nimo install ang windows xp and sunod ang windows 98.

If makaya sa imong computer ang VMWare. Why not i-install lang nimo ang windows 98 sa VMWare.

yup, duneman is right. just install the 98 then xp. just dont select upgrade pag-insert nimo sa xp para dili mawala ang 98...

it is still possible to install windows 98 with xp already installed but it's a bit tricky...choose the simpler one...win98 then xp.

you must have 2 hd or 2 partitions on 1 hd. install each os on each hd or partition. for i hd only, configure your hd with 2 partitions before installing the os using dos(through a bootable diskette), partition magic or any utility for drive partitioning....1 primary and 1 logical. set the partition where you will install win98 with fat32 and ntfs for xp as file system. you must be able to boot with your os cd for easy installation....i hope you know what i mean.

note: there are several ways for dual boot configuration...it is not only limited to what i'm presenting here. this is what i guess the easiest way for a beginner.

bro, kung mugamit ka ug partition magic. pagbantay lang, make sure to have a backup disc kay kung dili sakto imo pagpartition mu-crash ang imong system.

@jintatsu....yeah it's true. you won't be able to see your files on the NTFS drive if you boot with win98...dili jud na cya kakita sa NTFS. so, it's up to you wynboost if you want to configure winxp independent from win98..what i mean is ang files na pang winxp pra iya ra jud. you may configure winxp with fat32 para makita nimo tnan files maski asa ka moboot sa duha but disadvantage lng sa part sa winxp ang iya performace...it is recommended na ntfs ang xp.
