I don't think its free. Last time there was an entrance fee -not sure lang pila to pero if you go there early in the morning, wa pana bayad or if you've got a car nga mura og pang lumba, you can get in for free by saying you're bringing parts for this guy for this team. Don't know if this will still work this time around. Basta in my case it worked back then pero was really telling the truth but they didn't even inspect if I was really bringing something...
