    Default EON (Union Bank) - can't log in - Invalid Card Number/User ID


    Kinsa nakasulay ani? 3rd bussiness day na gikan sa ako pag kuha sa card, di pa ko ka log in online.

    Sige lang prompt "Invalid Card Number/User ID".

    Wait for it.. it usually takes 5 days.

    or you can call the customer service hotline (specially if naa kay pending na transactions)

    Nag upgrade daw ang union bank sa mga eon na cards. Ambot lang if tanan ba pero ang ako na card bag o lang sad nko g renew, igo lang ko naka transact sa paypal then pila ka days invalid card na sa atm og sa online. Pang ilisdan daw ni na mga card. Ang blema lang kay wla pa time table kanus a nila ma ilisdan. Pwede ra mag over the counter withdraw daw pero moagi pa sa accounts para i note na ang card kay affected sa upgrate para dli na mobayad sa over the counter withdrawal.

    Update: sorry last year pa man diay ni. If naka experience mo ani karon, mao na ang rason.

    Hehe mao karaan naman ni na thread bai. Ang ako pud dungog, kay nag ilis sila ug PIN from 4D to 6D.

    nka experience q ingon ani krn. sa online ra pero sa atm kay ok pa mn. ma withdraw ra ang sud.

    went to unionbank fuente yesterday because my ATM cannot be read sa machine. they need to replace my card napod daw kai wala na sync ang akong card number sa acct number kai last June pagpa renew nako, nag upgrade sila sa ila systems....

    Nag apply online raba ko ani gahapon para sa paypal nako..

    Mao pd akong naexperience..... Gikan sa pag.apply debit card... Ngbalik2 pko bisan layo amoa para sa requirements nga ilang gidugang... Hasol kaau.. Then pag.enroll... Invalid third party verification... After d next day na.enrol njud sa wakas... Karon npd kay invalid user/password.. Mga wala jud klaro... Lami kaayo sagpaon ang taga union bank.... !!!! Way pulos.. nglangan2 lng.. latest news iv heard npd kay mgcharge P10 every union bank transaction.. giatay na.. maypag piggy bank nlng akong giapplyan.. sigurado pa na inig buak nko.. kita nko dayon akong kwarta.

    I've just experienced this recently...you could email them..but it takes utmost 3-4 weeks...daun ila e.reset ang imo credentials, sent through email..pwde sab nimo tawagan TS,,,you could also follow up through their email medyo dugay lang jd siya..

    It would be faster if you get in touch with them thru Facebook. I tried it there nakakkuha naman akon mga sagot agad.
