P4 + 4GIG Ram

there is a p4 3.2G machine in our computer lab we are using it as a terminal client server for linux.
with 4Gig (4 x 1GIG) RAM the problem is when all the 4 modules are installed the memory that is detected is only 3.7 GIG also when the agp arpeture size in the bios is set to 64 MB when you lower the arpeture size the detected memory will also increase say @ 64 MB mems is 3.7 GIG @ 4 MB mems is @ 3.8 GIG. And guess what there is no built in vid card.

murag inana man jud guro na bro, i think murag system limitation.... but murag man gud naka basa nako ana nga case before, less than 4gig jud kuno ang ma detect...

yep ing ana jud na bro..dili na niya madetect ang full 4gig

yup, ingon ana dyud na dili na e-recognized ang maximum capacity sa memory kay e-distribute pana niya ang mga cache memory sa bios components b4 na mo load. Just observe inig detect sa bios bisag sa P2 or P3 nga mga workstation naa dyud ang calculation sa pag segragate sa memory.
