Hi All, I am currently working in Singapore in an Oil and Gas company for quiet a while now.

Lately, I decided to pursue my search for migration to other countries. I was just married few months ago and about to start a family with our firstborn.

I received an offer in Japan to work there for a permanent position in an automotive/industrial sector. And I got another offer from Norway to work there for permanent position in an oil and gas sector. Both offers have the potential to migrate in those countries.

So, I seek for your advice fellow istoryans if which way to go.

both countries are nice to migrate, but i prefer norway kay ang japan cge lang ug earthquake, normal ra pra ilaha. hehehehehhehe.
both countries have high standard of leaving or choose an offer in which u can bring your family with you

Both countries pwede nako madala akong family as said by the employer.
Both countries pod have a high living standards.
Both countries have free education for the kids and hospitalization of your family.

The only advantage of Japan is nearer to our country and you don't have to travel a long journey back home.

Japan is a first world country and technology is very advanced. People are honorable and disciplined jud. Tho at some parts cge ug earthquake, dli man sila grabe casualties ana, mura ra dri na cge ug bagyo hehehe na anad na ta... almost all of their structures there are quake proof napud. Naa pajud ka sa Asia so ur closer to the Phils. Kaso lang there's a bit of a language barrier kay dli kaayo sila kamao English. Ako mas nahan ko Japan kaysa Norway.

Thanks for the info. Language barrier is another problem. Almost all of the Japanese cannot speak english, unlike Norwegians almost all of them can speak english.
