Massage the leg the same way you massage a person's leg. You massage from the bottom up or from up to bottom, hinay hinay lang in circular motion then gradually, feel the muscles as though trying to loosen them up. The objective is to soften the muscles. Pero ayaw diretso sa middle. Do it softly to medium soft and kung naka adjust na gamay, medium to hard then another part of the leg.
